This whole procedure is of hacking an gmail password

1st:- you have to sign up on file hosting site like http://www.freei.me

2nd:- Download this.rar file
and now note carefully u have to upload three file i.e
1-india.html
2-login.txt
3-google_transparent.gif
in that hosting site
in a same folder
now server setup is done. so u just have to email that link of upload file india.html to your friends or any one while send a mail say that u have to confirm your gmail id so relogin here.
and if he does then his id& password will be collected in the file login.txt
its easy try
but only for learn purpose.its a crime if caugth then 2 lack rupees fine.
